Feedback list
The Feedback page shows all the feedback collected from your users. Feedback is displayed in a list view and sorted by the date it was created. You can use filters and sorting to narrow down the feedback you want to see.
The feedback list displays feedback in a list view. Each row in the list represents a feedback.
Here are the attributes displayed in the feedback list:
Feedback type is displayed as an icon next to the feedback title. You can hover over the icon to see the feedback type. The feedback type can be one of the following:
- Bug Report: Feedback that reports a bug in your application.
- Feature Request: Feedback that requests a new feature in your application.
- General Feedback: General feedback about your application. Users liking or disliking a feature, or providing a general comment that is not a bug report or feature request.
Feedback title is displayed as the title of feedback row.
Feedback status is displayed on the left side of the feedback row. Each status displayed as a colored badge. You can hover over the badge to see the status name. You can configure your feedback workflow to have custom statuses.
Feedback priority is displayed as a icon on the right side of the feedback title. You can hover over the icon to see the priority name. If a feedback has no priority, the icon will not be displayed.
URL of the page where the feedback is collected is displayed on the bottom left of the feedback row in desktop view. You can hover over the URL to see the full URL.
Feedback tags are displayed as colored badges. You can hover over the badge to see the tag description. Tags are used to categorize feedback. You can manage your tags in the project settings.
Creation date of the feedback is displayed on the bottom of the feedback row in desktop view. Creation date is displayed as a relative time for recent feedback. For example, "2 hours ago", "3 days ago", "1 week ago" etc. You can hover over the date to see the exact date and time the feedback is created.
If the feedback has a screenshot, a preview of the screenshot is can be displayed by hovering over the image icon on the bottom right side of the feedback row. If a feedback has no screenshot, the icon will not be displayed.
Number of comments on the feedback is displayed on the bottom right side of the feedback row. If a feedback has no comments, the number and icon will not be displayed.
Assignees of the feedback is displayed on the bottom right side of the feedback row. Assignees are displayed as profile images. If a feedback has multiple assignees, the profile images are displayed in a stack. Only the first 4 assignees are displayed. If a feedback has no assignees, the profile images will not be displayed.
