Thank you screen
The Widget > Thank You Screen page allows you to configure the thank you screen of your feedback widget. This screen is shown after a feedback successfully sent. You need to configure the thank you screen for each available feedback type you selected in the Welcome Screen.
Configuring the thank you screen for each feedback type
You need to select the feedback type you want to configure the thank you screen for. All options on this page are specific to the selected feedback type. You must configure the thank you screen separately for each feedback type. You can find the selected feedback type on top the page.
Here are the available options of thank you screen.
- Title: Title text displayed on the screen.
- Body Text: Body text under the title.
- Icon: Icon to be displayed on the thank you screen. Choose from available options of select None to remove the icon.
